We are able to design and produce a wide variety of customer specific/bespoke items using a variety of methods and materials.
We are able to design and make items from High Quality MDF, White MDF, Plywood, Wood, Acrylic (available as 100% recycled in a lot of cases), Slate, Paper, Card, Glass, Felt, Leather and more.
We are able design and make bespoke items to customer requirements either from scratch or from customer files (DWG, DXF, PDF, JPG, BMP and more). We can help customers to produce items which can be used to make saleable items i.e. we can make templates and stencils and we can produce laser cut letters & shapes for use on frames etc.
We are capable of cutting up to a size of 1250 x 850 mm and up to thicknesses of 18 mm (not all materials). We can finish items using a variety of finishes to make items food safe, weatherproof etc. and can work with customers materials (subject to testing and research into effect of laser cutting) to try and achieve what is required.
We also have the ability to engrave existing objects such as toyboxes, stools etc as well as also being able to engrave on cylindrical objects such as glasses.
Custom designed and made displays for Jewelry, glasses and much more. We have a number of designs which can be customised to suit customer requirements or we can work with the customer to produce something unique to suit. We can make displays which are permanently fixed for shops etc or that are collapsible for use at markets, exhibitions or craft fairs.
Custom designed and made retail display cabinet. This cabinet was designed from customers initial concept sketch and measured 837mm wide x 490mm deep x 2466mm tall. It featured an Aluminium tube frame with the internal structure being made in 3 sections from 6mm and 9mm MDF. The outside was clad in 3mm MDF which was vinyl wrapped. All parts were either laser cut or cut on our CNC router with the whole cabinet being assembled by us. Cabinet featured a light up acrylic logo panel in the front and 2 digital screens mounted in each side.
This is one of, if not the biggest project we have ever had. Not only the biggest project in terms of work (around 6 hours of laser cutting and engraving) but also in size.
Mick from SeaPigs came to us wanting something for the office as all the other businesses within the Natwest Business Accelerator office had banners/flags. Mick didn't want to follow the herd (see what I did there!!) and wanted something different so we came up with the idea of a SeaPigs selfie frame which we worked on, coming up with a design together. Nearly 3 weeks later it was designed and made and now has pride of place in the office.
The main frame is in the shape of the SeaPigs snout logo, large enough for 2 people, and features wording associated with SeaPigs along with original artwork done for Seapigs by Eye_illustrate_em, replicas of their new SeaPigs drinks companions, light up SeaPigs logo and more. To keep in line with SeaPigs philosophy all the Acrylic used was 100% recycled, the stand was a disused clothes airer that was upcycled and featured 3D printed parts made from filament containing 98% recycled material.
This pig glass was produced for SeaPigs as a sample of a product which they could look at along side the products they already have. The glass features the pig design engraved onto the glass with the SeaPigs logo and website. Pig design was drawn for SeaPigs by https://eye-illustrate.com
Custom nameplates made for kids bedroom walls/door. Nameplates were produced to suit customers theme and requirements and were cut from 3mm MDF. Nameplates were hand painted by ourselves in colours which customer wanted.
These 2 custom horses heads were cut from 3mm black acrylic for the customer to mount on their shed in their back garden. These were smaller versions of the same horses head we did, for the same customer, for a commemorative display for the people/animals from our town that were killed in the war. Commemorative display head was cut from 10mm black acrylic.
These stencils and promotional props were produced for SeaPigs to be used in a various marketing campaigns and videos. Stencils and props have been used several times since for various marketing/promotional uses
