Components, Templates and Stencils
We are able to produce a wide variety of components, templates and stencils either from customer supplied design or which we have designed for the customer.
We currently supply a number of people on a regular basis with components made from HIPS, Acrylic and felt and have experience of making templates and stencils from MDF and Acrylic.
We are able to produce items from High Quality MDF, Plywood, Acrylic (available as 100% recycled in a lot of cases), Felt, and more and can supply in small or large batches, usually in a short turnaround.
Items can be produced either from customer files (DWG, DXF, PDF, JPG, BMP and more) or we can design something to meet the customers requirements.
We are capable of cutting up to a size of 1250 x 850 mm and up to thicknesses of 18 mm (not all materials). We can finish items using a variety of finishes to make items food safe, weatherproof etc. and can work with customers materials (subject to testing and research into effect of laser cutting) to try and achieve what is required.
Some of the components we produce ranging from HIPS covers and mounting brackets, shims, Acrylic components and jigs to felt seals and trims.
Plastic components can be produced from HIPS, Polypropylene, HDPE and Acrylic in varying colours and thicknesses. Plastic parts we currently supply are covers, mounting brackets, drilling jigs, jigs for resin filling, shims and spacers
Felt seals and trims can be produced from high quality felt in a number of different thicknesses, felt densities and colours.
Stencils and templates can be produced in a variety of materials from MDF to acrylic and can range from templates used to cut out material for bows or memory bears to large stencils used with spray paint etc.
