Felt Seals & Trims

We offer high-quality felt in a range of thicknesses, densities and colours — perfect for seals, edge trims, padding and decorative elements.

Templates & Stencils

Our templates and stencils are ideal for:

  • Cut-out guides (e.g., for bows and memory bears)
  • Large spray-paint stencils
  • Reusable marking aids and patterns

These can be produced from materials such as Mylar, MDF, Plywood or acrylic, depending on the intended use.

  • High-Quality MDF & Plywood
  • Acrylic (including 100% recycled where possible)
  • Plastics such as HIPS, Polypropylene & HDPE
  • Felt in varying thicknesses and colours

You can supply your own material too — we’ll work with it (subject to testing and suitability for laser cutting) to help you achieve the result you want. 

Design & Technical Capability

We’re equipped to handle jobs of all sizes and complexities:

  • File support: We can work from your own files — including DWG, DXF, PDF, JPG, BMP and more.
  • Design assistance: Don’t have ready artwork? No problem — we can help design components to match your requirements.
  • Cutting capacity: We can cut shapes up to 1250 × 850 mm in size, with material thicknesses of up to 18 mm (depending on the material used).
  • Special finishes: Need parts that are food-safe, weather-resistant or finished in a specific way? We offer a range of finishing options designed to suit your project goals.
